MachineSafe offer PUWER Support for customers who use the MachineSafe platform to carryout PUWER inspections within their company. Support will be provided by our machinery safety experts. We will be releasing 'My MachineSafe' shortly which will facilitate support requests.

Our PUWER Support Package includes:

• 1 day PUWER training (on-site or remote).
• 24 hours of PUWER support (on-site or remote). 
• Priority platform support.

CE Marking / UKCA Marking Support:

To support subscribers of the MachineSafe CE Marking / UKCA Marking module, we offer a support package tailored to companies for the self-certification of machinery. Our experienced machinery safety experts can assist your teams with all aspects of machinery compliance starting with machinery design risk assessments, selection of safeguards, essential requirements, etc.
